ADVANCE 1 is an inrunner BLDC motor with open housing design for high performance applications with up to 1 kW of power. The motor has best in class power-to-weight ratio and is very suitable for UAVs and other applications with constraints in space, weight and power supply. The ADVANCE 1 motor is air-cooled and has an integrated cooling fan.

The ADVANCE 1 is available as COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) version in various standard configurations. Please refer to the COTS datasheets under resources (below) for more information.

The motor can also be provided as MOTS (modified-off-the-shelf) or as FC (fully custom) version. The MOTS version is provided with custom winding, while FC versions can be highly tailored according to requirements (e.g. tailored housing and shaft, changed number of poles, custom cooling system, added redundancy, higher IP rating, etc.).
