The Gold Connector series was specifically developed for high performance applications, such as in UAVs or aviation. While competing products are made from steel, we produce the Gold Connector from aluminum with a gold cover, which saves 50% of weight and easily accumulates to more than 120 g in UAV applications.
The Gold Connector features a special design which prevents loosening from shocks or vibration, which makes it ideal for use in harsh environments. The Gold Connector design also allows frequent plugging and soldering without affecting the clamping force. Lose connector systems are frequently cause of problems in drive systems.
We recommend all our customers to use the Gold Connector Series with Plettenberg drive solutions.
